I have lots of stuff to do. I've just sent some work to an off-shoot of The Paper Girl project in Northampton, Massachusetts. The original Papergirl Project started in Berlin, and involves rolled up artwork being distributed "american paper-boy" style to random passers-by. From the website:
"Giving the work out by bike means that there is no time for any stereotypes when choosing recipients of the pieces. You have to react fast and spontaneously. Chance plays its part and there is no time.
The basic idea with the project is to bring art to the public in a different way from normal; to surprise people and bring them into contact with art in their everyday life. Our motto is: Anyone who picks up a roll is lucky, and money can’t buy luck. Such as giving something is most fun when you don’t expect anything in return!"

I'm a big fan of the idea and project.

This is an old video, but I forgot to post it up on here earlier. Its of an 'It's yours, take It!' Event in Belfast that I sent some screenprints to last year. The local news covered the story and you can see the lady who picked up my piece in the middle of segment. Its pretty weird to see your work on the news. :)

I sent some work into this project a while ago, and was lucky enough to be included in the "MailMeArt" book. This image is over two years old, so its a bit different from the things that I'm (trying) to work on now. Anyway, its very nice to be included, especially since some of the artists in this book are completely awe-inspiring to me.
They put me next to a Jon Burgerman interview near the front page, which really made me very very happy.
